New Ways To Wear Your Leopard Pants

January 30, 2021Heather

Hello, my name is Heather and I’m addicted to leopard print. I’m so addicted that recently a friend saw a leopard mitten on the street and just assumed it was mine…it was not, but I wish it was. I currently have more leopard print pants that I care to admit, and I’m always looking for new ways to style them. Whether you’re a fellow animal print aficionado or just looking to dip a toe in, I have some great ideas for how to wear those leopard pants you’ve got hanging in the closet…

Pairing a color with your leopard can be tricky, you can go from chic to Married To The Mob real quick. I love the pale dusty teal cable knit turtleneck Vogue Spain uses in their leopard print themed shoot from 2018. It reads sophisticated, not Peggy Bundy.

White booties are truly a style MVP, they work with so much! I have a couple pairs from Target and they were the best money I ever spent. Here the white booties and cream boxy button down play very well with the neutrals in this traditional leopard print.

Concert t-shirts and tight high-waisted leopard print jeans, they go together like peanut butter and jelly…or lamb and tuna fish for the Big Daddy fans.

Brown is a HUGE color trend for 2021, but it can sometimes feel a little blah. Leopard print is the opposite of blah, making it the perfect print for brown.

Feeling especially bold? Try a bright yellow leopard print instead of the usual neutral. You don’t have to stick to colors that only occur in nature. Bonus points for cool loafers.

Classics are classics for a reason, they work. You can never go wrong with a turtleneck, black blazer, and black booties.

Now that you’ve got some inspirations, put your pants on and strut!
