And I’m not talking diving into a pint of Ben & Jerry’s after a tough day, but some nutrients can significantly lift your spirits.

Magnesium

Feeling a bit frazzled? Me too bestie, me too. Luckily magnesium is here to help! This mineral helps relax tense muscles, aids in sleep, and could even ease your anxiety. Studies have shown that most American adults don’t get enough magnesium, so load up on leafy greens, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, and even supplements to make sure you’re getting enough Mg.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids
