A master class on how to style a boiler suit..

Personally, I LOVE a boiler suit. I think it might be the most vesatile piece of clothing you can buy. It’s cool, it’s functional, it’s sexy, it’s FASHION! I know people can be intimidated by the very idea of wearing a boiler suit. Are they unflattering? Is a boiler suit even comfortable? Will I look like Billy Joel in the Uptown Girl video? Let me say what even is “flattering”, you’ll be super comfy, and Billy Joel will wish he looked so good!

Have we talked about my love of Tracee Ellis Ross before? Anyhoo, show this incredible print boiler suit lewk to anyone who says that neutrals are boring. I couldn’t find an exact (affordable) match, but check out a similar vibe HERE.

If you know me, you know I love neon…and I previously established I love boiler suits, so obviously I love this boiler suit and neon turtleneck combo. I have a beige boiler suit, and I struggle with styling it because beige is TOUGH on someone as pasty as myself, but I think a liberal dose of neon might just do the trick. Most of my boiler suits (coveralls, utility jumpsuits, whatever you want to call them), come from J.Crew, Madewell, and Target. And when I shop at J.Crew and Madewell, I wait till they have one of their big (J.Crew bigger than Madewell) extra off clearance events. Did you know J.Crew does an extra 70% off their sale a few times a year?! You can look like a million bucks without spending a million bucks!
