Five Easy Tips To Make Sure You Drink Enough Water

We all know that staying hydrated is essential, like RHONY on Sunday night essential. But let’s face it, sometimes life gets in the way and your water bottle just collects dust. Well fear not my parched compadres! I’ve got you covered with fun and easy tips to make sure you’re enough. So grab your emotional support water bottle and let’s get to it.
Set A Goal
To know if you’re getting enough water, you first have to know how much water to get? Does that even make sense? Set a goal how much water you want to drink each day, and then break down. When I first started challenging myself to drink 64oz of water a day I set alarms and used an app to make sure I was drinking enough water every hour to hit my goal. Now I’m on autopilot.
Try A Water Tracking App
As previously mentioned, when I first got serious about getting my 64oz I relied pretty heavily on a water tracking app. I didn’t grow up in a water drinking house, so an app that reminded me to drink some water every hour was a huge help.
Have A Morning Water Ritual
Hydrate before you caffeinate! Before I drink my first cup of coffee for the day, I throw back 8oz of water. Cold, room temp, hot, lemon; doesn’t matter just drink a glass of water when you wake up.
Treat Yourself To A Cute Water Bottle
Let’s be honest, a cute water bottle can make all the difference and it’s not just me trying to justify my compulsive shopping habits! Listen To Your Body
Last but certainly not least, listen to your body…and not just about water, but about EVERYTHING. If you’re feeling thirsty or mouth is dry, don’t ignore it or push it off for later. Your body knows what it needs!
Staying hydrated is a lifestyle, not a diet. 64oz a day can seem like a daunting task, but with a little effort (and a new Stanley) you’ll be clearing your 64oz easily!
