Carnelian – The Energizer

As the days get shorter, you might be looking for an extra boost of energy. Carnelian, with its warm and fiery energy, is your autumn bestie. It can help you stay motivated, boost your creativity, and ignite your passion. Carnelian is one of my favorite crystals, I can’t explain why but I’m VERY drawn to it. I often have a palm stone on me (literally in my pocket right now) or wear a tumbled stone.

Citrine – The Sunshine Stone

With the sun taking a step back, we could all use a little more sunshine in our lives. Citrine brings warmth and positivity and it’s believed to attract abundance and prosperity. Place citrine wherever you work or carry it with you to brighten your outlook as the days grow shorter.

Smoky Quartz – The Grounding Stone

Autumn is a time of transition, and sometimes we need a little grounding. Smoky quartz is your trusty sidekick for stability and protection. It can help you release any negative energy and keep you rooted during this season of both literal and figurative change. Meditate with smoky quartz or keep a piece by your bedside to promote calm and balance.

Selenite – Cleansing And Clarity

Spring cleaning is so last season, this year all the cool girlies are doing fall cleaning…OF THEIR ENERGIES. The Fall Equinox is the perfect time to clear out the old and make space for the new. Selenite, known as the “Liquid Light”, is excellent for cleansing and purifying energy. Place selenite in your home, especially in spaces where you want to invite clarity and serenity. It can be an excellent addition to you autumn decluttering ritual.

Amethyst – Inner Peace

As the world outside starts to settle into its gentle slumber, you might find yourself seeking inner peace. Amethyst is a stone of spiritual growth and can help you connect with your higher self and find tranquility. Place an amethyst cluster in your meditation space and/or near your bed to enhance your dreams and promote relaxation. This is an east two-for for me because I consider hitting snooze my morning meditation.

Red Jasper – Nurturing Energy

Fall is all about comfort and coziness, well at least is for me. Red jasper, with its deep, earthy tones, is a nurturing crystal that can provide stability and emotional support. Keep a piece of red jasper with you to hold during moments of stress to feel grounded and protected.

Moonstone – Intuition And Balance

The Fall Equinox is a time of balance; just like the day and night. Moonstone, with its connection to lunar energies, can help you find harmony and intuition. Place moonstone on your altar or bureau to enhance your inner wisdom and embrace the equilibrium of this season.

Whatever crystal you’re drawn to, whenever you’re drawn to it, make some time during the Fall Equinox to work with it. Embrace the magic of the season, and let crystals and stone be your talisman while welcoming the cozy, colorful, and contemplative days ahead.
