Delicious And Easy Steak Recipes For Your Smoker
Lets talk about steak recipes for your smoker…
I scream, you scream, we all scream for steak. Ok, so that is not quite how the rhyme goes, but I would rather steak than ice cream, so that’s how we say it in my house. And in my steak-loving household, our favorite way to prepare it is on the ol’ smoker. If you haven’t had smoked steak, you’re missing out. Steak on the smoker is tender, flavorful, and downright irresistible, real next level stuff. Whether you’re a seasoned smoker or a true beginner; prefer sirloin or skirt steak, there are plenty of steak recipes out there! And lucky for you, today I’m sharing 7 of my favorites!
Teriyaki Smoked Steak Bites
This recipe is beginner friendly and great for entertaining. You’re going to want to pop every single bite in the batch, so consider yourself warned.
Easy Smoked Tri Tip
Tri tip is a cut of meat I had never even heard before I got my Traeger, and now I’m a little obsessed. It can be harder to come by on the East Coast, but I usually get mine at Wegman’s or Costco.
Traeger Rib Eye
There’s a reason rib eye is one of the most popular cuts of steak in the country, it’s so damn good. Rib eyes are so flavorful, you only need a little salt and pepper for seasoning; making prep work, easy work.
Smoked Flank Steak
Flank steak high in protein and low in fat, as well as a super versatile cut of meat; making it my preferred cut for meal prepping. This recipe is great on it’s own, and I like to use the leftovers for tacos and bowls.
Butter Basted Porterhouse Steak
You had me at “butter basted”…and the insanely high recipe ratings don’t hurt.
Smoked London Broil
If you don’t follow Hey Grill Hey on Instagram, what are you even doing? Her mission is to make grilling and smoking less intimidating for normies like us.
Smoked Picanha
Am I partial to Picanha because it’s traditionally served with chimicurri sauce? Possibly!
