Let’s talk about January journal prompts…

New year, new month, new day. A sense of renewal, reflections, and possibilities, blah, blah you get the gist. Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, taking time for self-reflection and introspection can greatly contribute to personal growth and well-being. Journaling is an incredible tool that allows us to explore our thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. But has anyone else ever sat down to journal and thought “hey wait a minute, what the heck should I even write about”? Well, it’s your lucky-ish day! Every month I’m going to share some journal prompts to get you going. These prompts are tailored for women over 40, touching on all manner of aspects that make up a healthy, balanced life. So grab your journal (I’m kind of obsesses with these) and get to writing!

  • How can I infuse more joy, passion, and purpose into my everyday life?

Nurturing Relationships And Connections

  • What relationships in my life bring me the most joy and fulfillment, and how can I nurture them further?
  • Are there any relationships that may need more attention or boundaries in the upcoming year? How can I approach this with compassion and understanding?
  • What qualities do I appreciate most in my friendships, and how can I embody these traits in my interactions?
